Sydney City Marine is a purpose-designed marine service facility located at Rozelle Bay. This Sydney Harbour marina complex was designed by Marine Facilities Australia. It operates as a comprehensive, multi-use shipyard supporting a wide range of marine activities.

MFA was responsible for the design of the facility. It comprises four specialised buildings, an expansive hardstand area, a working marina, and on-site car parking. The precinct was carefully planned to support efficient vessel movement, maintenance workflows, and safe access for all. MFA ensured the site could accommodate everything from routine vessel maintenance through to complex refits and rebuilds.

Sydney City Marine was conceived as a true “one-stop shop” for the marine industry. It integrates operational functionality with robust marine infrastructure and regulatory compliance. The project reflects MFA’s expertise in delivering large-scale, working waterfront developments on Sydney Harbour.
